Q: Where do I get [[insert vehicle here]] cost-effectively in quantity?A: We don't have an exhaustive list but I'll try to list some less common units in this post. Either cheap or quick assembly kits. 1/72 (20mm): Armourfast: M10, M36, Sherman Firefly, Achilles, Crusader, Cromwell, SU-85, SU-100 Plastic Soldier Company: Sherman Firefly, ZiS-2, T-70, Stuart, T-34/76 /85 Zvezda: 2pdr, Soviet flak gun, Flak 88, ZiS-3, Soviet AA Roden: IS-3 Italeri: IS-2, M7 Priest, Sherman Jumbo First to Fight: Pz.35(t), Bofors, 20mm Flaks, 10.5cm leFH, trucks, 7TP, Vickers E, 75mm leIG, pak36, Bofors 37mm, Reneault FT, TKS, PzIII, PzII, Wz.34 armoured cars, PzI, TK-3 1/100 (15mm): Zvezda: They have a great range of quick assembly 1/100 kits for their own wargame. They work great with Ostfront and are dirt cheap. Just a quick search gets me to this list: Tiger I, Katyusha, Matilda, Pz.38(t), PzIII, Flammpanzer III, StuG III B, PzIV D, IS-2, KV-1, M3 Lee, PzII, Sd.Kfz 222, Sd.Kfz 251, BA-10, BT-5, T-26, SU-152, T-34/76, T-34/85, Stuart. QRF Models: An amazing and wide range of models for all periods, not just WW2. When it comes to the bulk of my forces, I personally get my 1/100s from Zvezda and use Italeri, Armourfast, Plastic Soldier Company and FtF for my 1/72 needs. edit: I'll be adding links to store or catalogue pages over time, I'd appreciate some catches, too.

Pegasus are good for soviet light tanks and early vehicles - go through the tower hobbies site. 2 BT-7s for $10US 2 BA-6's for the same price.
nice and easy build kits, good detail, fast shipping.
Pz. 38(t) and/or Marders: Plastic Soldier Company. 3 to a box, fast build, great kits both detail and building wise. Comes with options to build Marders, and plenty of crew figures.
