Transport Trucks
In the old days, transport trucks were always 2 points each. We dropped the points cost so they could be widely used to transport infantry cheaply, and because trucks were extremely common.
The one issue I can see with this is a player could potentially spam transport trucks in order to try to get recon cards with them (as any light vehicle can claim recon cards). If you find this is happening, you have 2 options: increase Transport Trucks to be 2 points each, or make it that Transport Trucks cannot claim recon cards. I will rectify this in future by specifying that Transport Trucks cannot claim recon cards.
Multi Level Buildings
We have been using a few multi-level buildings, and here are the rules I've come up with:

Multi Level Buildings
We have been using a few multi-level buildings, and here are the rules I've come up with:
- For units in the upper floors wanting to fire out of the building, measure all ranges from the base of the building. so an infantry unit on the top floor can still throw grenades up to 6" away from the building, even if they are more than 6" up from the ground. This takes gravity and height into account, as you can just drop a grenade (or a wet mattress) on a tank to destroy it, and shooting things like AT rifles or MGs from above would give you a minor increase in range. Note that this only really covers up to 3 story buildings, any higher and units will not be able to target units on the ground, as they are too far away and even just dropping grenades wont be as effective as from the first few floors.
- Units can always attack a unit on the floor below, using grenades, even if there are no holes to actually see that unit. They will make a hole in the floor and drop grenades down. The targeted unit will get no cover, as usual for grenades.
